Dear Vista Tassajara Homeowners,

We would like to provide an update on the community pool and spa renovation project.

The plastering and replacement of the coping for both the pool and spa have been completed and the project is progressing well.

However, due to code requirements, the pool and spa handrails must be custom-fabricated and installed before the facilities can reopen. The fabrication process has taken longer than anticipated and has resulted in an additional delay to the project schedule.

At this time, we anticipate reopening the pool and spa during the last week of June 2026, pending the completion and installation of the required handrails and final inspections.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to ensure the project is completed safely, properly, and in compliance with all applicable codes.
